Our commitment

Responsible gaming charter

Last updated: August 4, 2026

1.A game of skill, but real money

Backgammon is a strategy game where skill wins out over the long run — but as soon as a stake is placed, loss is possible and final. Never play with money you need: only commit sums whose loss wouldn't change anything in your daily life.

2.Adults only

The service is prohibited to minors. No game with a stake, no tournament ticket and no winnings are accessible to anyone under 18. Any account identified as belonging to a minor is closed.

3.Set your limits before you play

  • Decide on a gaming budget before your session, and stick to it.
  • Set yourself a maximum playing time, especially in the evening.
  • Never try to "chase your losses" after a defeat: it's the most dangerous spiral.
  • Gaming is a leisure activity, not a source of income or a solution to a money problem.
  • Watch out for crypto-asset volatility: the value of your stakes and winnings can vary sharply, independent of the game itself.

4.Recognizing the warning signs

Ask yourself these questions honestly:

  • Are you playing longer or spending more than you planned?
  • Are you hiding your sessions or your losses from the people close to you?
  • Are you borrowing money to play, or spending money meant for everyday expenses?
  • Do you feel irritable when you can't play?

A single "yes" deserves a break. Several "yes" answers deserve a conversation with someone.

5.Taking a break, getting help

If you'd like to suspend or close your account, contact player support on Telegram: the request is handled without needing to provide a reason.

Free, confidential support services exist. In France, Joueurs Info Service listens and provides guidance at 09 74 75 13 13 (a standard-rate call, 7 days a week) and at joueurs-info-service.fr. Elsewhere, please reach out to the player support services in your own country.
